Galaxy S26 Ultra Could Have Bezels So Thin, You Might Miss Them

The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra could end up having very thin bezels. The Galaxy S25 Ultra bezels are not thick at all, but the ones on the Galaxy S26 Ultra could be even thinner, based on what a tipster said.

The Galaxy S26 Ultra could have extremely thin bezels

This information comes from Ice Universe, one of the most prominent tipsters out there. He said that the Galaxy S26 Ultra’s display will measure 6.89 inches, which is in line with what TheElec reported a couple of days ago.

The Galaxy S25 Ultra has a 6.86-inch display. So the new one will be 0.03 inches larger. Ice Universe assumes that the body width will remain unchanged, which means that the bezels will be thinner

The tipster did some calculations, and the bezels will be around 1.15-1.2mm thick. For comparison’s sake, the Galaxy S25 Ultra’s bezels are 1.32mm thick, which is already extremely thin. So, if Samsung manages to achieve such thinness with the Galaxy S26 Ultra bezels, that phone will surely be a looker.

Ice Universe doesn’t seem to be particularly sure that the width of the phone will remain unchanged, however. So, it remains to be seen if this information is true. What he seems to be sure of is the phone’s exact display size.

The entire Galaxy S26 series is expected to arrive in January next year

The Galaxy S26 Ultra is expected to arrive in January next year. Well, presuming that Samsung has no plans to change its release cycle, of course. It will launch alongside the Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26+ or Edge, it all depends on which rumor you believe in. The most recent one suggested that the ‘Edge’ will replace the ‘+’ model in the Galaxy S26 series.

It also remains to be seen whether Samsung’s Exynos chip will be a part of the picture or not. The Galaxy Z Flip 7 is using the Exynos 2500, while the entire Galaxy S25 series is fueled by a chip from Qualcomm.
